Yoga in the Herb Garden

Morning Series Coming in the Spring 2018!       

Enjoy a relaxing and rejuvenating yoga session in the beautiful gardens of the Herb Society followed by a discussion on a featured herb each week! This yoga class is appropriate for all experience levels. Sessions are held in the back garden, but will be moved to the porch or indoors if weather dictates.

Please bring a mat, a blanket to place under your mat, dress weather-appropriate, and arrive 10 minutes before class begins.
